ATTORNEY GENERAL FY2022-23 BUDGET

Highlights:
The FY2023 Executive Budget recommends $305.1 million all funds
appropriation for the Department of Law.
This is a $31.7 million all funds increase from the previous year due to
the addition of new capital for IT
modernization projects, the removal of refund of appropriation language,
the direct allocation of oil spill
appropriation, and general salary increases. The Department of Law
maintains a workforce of 1,820 FTEs,
unchanged from the previous fiscal year.
