CJA's June 30, 2021 e-mail to the above lawyers --

"the three 'false instrument' reports that have stolen from NY taxpayers more than half a billion dollars – so-described by the June 9, 2020 grand jury/public corruption complaint that D.A. Vance is “sitting on” – are each, on their face, violative of the statutes pursuant to which they purport to be rendered, including their failure to examine and 'take into account' non-salary compensation and benefits.   This EVIDENCE – immediately verifiable, prima facie, and open-and-shut – which is why I created a webpage for you -- D.A. Vance is NOT prosecuting, instead hunting exhaustively – and at taxpayer expense -- to find some non-salary compensation and perks that the Weisselbergs and Calamaris may have received, but not reported on their taxes.  How outrageous – and Mr. Trump, assuredly, will want to expose Mr. Vance as the corrupt, politicized public officer he is – and likewise AG James – the proof of which is verifiable, readily, from the EVIDENCE provided by the June 4th message."
