Catherine Crier, received, in hand, from Elena Sassower on April 20, 2006, a copy of CJA's March 22, 2006 press release & April 11, 2006 question to NYT Executive Editor Keller -- and signed for her a copy of her book, Contempt: How the Right is Wronging American Justice

CJA's December 27, 2006 memo to Catherine Crier -- Advisory Board member -- Program in Law & Journalism/NY Law School -- "RE: PROGRAM IN LAW & JOURNALISM: Building Scholarship, Commentary, & Pedagogy based on Primary Source Documentary Evidence, Beginning with the Evidence Presented by CJA’s Groundbreaking Public Interest Lawsuit against The New York Times in Vindication of the First Amendment – for which additionally, we seek amicus curiae and other legal assistance, either pro bono or paid"  -- faxed and e-mailed to Catherine Crier on that date, and, thereafter given, to her, in hand, on January 22, 2007, following her participation in a panel discussion on the Supreme Court at the 92nd Street Y in Manhattan.
