Dongxiao Yue, Ph.D. is an accomplished software
developer. Dr. Yue sued Symantec and Sun Microsystem for pirating his Power RPC
software, with ample evidence. After filing judicial misconduct complaints
against Judge Martin J. Jenkins, Dr. Yue faced increasing retaliation. Judges
Jenkins and Elizabeth D. Laporte dismissed the lawsuits and ordered Dr. Yue to
pay $220,000.00 to defendants for attorney's fees. The Ninth Circuit waited 169
days, until Judge Jenkins resigned from the federal bench, then dismissed Dr.
Yue's judicial misconduct complaints as moot.
