Hoylman's self-dealing by his repeated introduction of a bill

establish a Commission on Legislative Compensation --

"sitting on" the proof that such commission scheme
is a vehicle for

The cost of that commission scheme, to date,
is
approximately three-quarter of a ONE BILLION DOLLARS
