authorities. In addition, on or about March 18, 2024, subsequent to the
filing of your grievance complaints, you...commenced a civil action in
Supreme Court, Albany County, raising the very same claims you have referred
to the Committee. It is the practice of the Committee to refrain from
investigating comlants until such time as the legal proceedings are
concluded. If, at the conclusion of all legal proceedings, a decision
is rendered indicating a finding of misconduct on the part of the attorney,
you may renew your complaint with our Committee for further consideration.
Until then, no action will be taken."
