CJA's APRIL 3, 2023 MESSAGE
TO FORMER PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP
 

DEAR MR. TRUMP:   

More than a week before Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg procured your indictment, I sought to furnish you with the open-and-shut, prima facie EVIDENCE that Bragg, as chief deputy in the New York Attorney General's Office, was complicit in the corruption of New York state governance, involving the entirety of the state budget & the pay raises it embeds; that his 2021 election as Manhattan D.A. was rigged by the "fake news media"; and that at least since June 14, 2021 Bragg has known that then Manhattan D.A. Cyrus Vance, Jr. and Attorney General Letitia James, who were pursuing you because "no one is above the law", were themselves "above the law" and had flagrantly corrupted their offices.

Here's my correspondence, beginning on March 22, 2023,
that I requested be forwarded to you.  Was it?

MR. TRUMP, no grand jury which knew that Manhattan D.A. Bragg was withholding from it the June 9, 2020 grand jury/public corruption complaint that I had filed with D.A. Vance against Manhattan state legislators for stealing billions of taxpayer dollars and subverting, totally, constitutional, lawful governance would have handed him an indictment against you, arising from a $130,000 payment, from personal monies, to keep quiet an extramarital affair.

Doubtless, the Manhattan District Attorney's Office fed the grand jury the kind of fraud emblazoned at the top of its website: "ONE STANDARD OF JUSTICE FOR ALL" -- and was unaware that D.A. Bragg had NOT re-established the "Public Corruption Unit" that had existed in the Manhattan D.A.'s Office, for years, until my July 29, 2020 FOIL request for records and information about the Office's handling of public corruption complaints, following which D.A. Vance "restructured" the "Public Corruption Unit" as the "Police Accountability Unit focusing exclusively on police misconduct and law enforcement matters".

MR. TRUMP, your New York prosecutors, D.A. Bragg and AG James, have been "above the law", unaccountable, and defrauding the public by their "ONE STANDARD OF JUSTICE FOR ALL" pretenses.  The rock-solid EVIDENCE, summarized and furnished by my very first March 22nd e-mail which my four subsequent e-mail each included, will enable you to not only help yourself, but ALL the People of New York -- and the nation -- by "draining the swamp" of public corruption enabled, perpetuated, and accelerated by Bragg and James, in collusion with the "fake news media". Go to it!
