IT'S DONE! On
Tuesday, June 28, 2005 -- a year to the day
after Elena Sassower was sentenced and
incarcerated for six months on the bogus and
malicious "disruption of Congress" charge of
which she was wrongfully convicted -- she
filed her perfected appeal to the D.C. Court
of Appeals.
