Onondaga County District Attorney William Fitzpatrick

Easy to defeat -- and without money.
It requires nothing more than "whistleblowing" about the open-and-shut EVIDENCE of his corruption as chair of the Commission to Investigate Public Corruption -- including his flagrant violation of conflict of interest rules to financially benefit himself and his Court of Claims judge wife by hundreds of thousands of dollars in fraudulent pay raises.
It is EVIDENCE that brings down D.A. Fitzpatrick and the whole edifice of public corruption that was his obligation to expose and prosecute six years ago...

____

HERE's THE EVIDENCE --

1.
START WITH THE VIDEO
CJA's September 17, 2013 testimony

(2) Franklin Co. D.A. Derek Champaign;
(3) Erie Co. D.A. Frank Sedita, III;

(c) CJA's October 27, 2011 OPPOSITION REPORT  to

HERE ARE THE COMPETING CANDIDATES
(Are they different when it comes to public corruption issues
& their own conflicts of interests?)

Charles Keller, Esq. --            Gary Lavine, Esq. --
Democratic, Working Families Parties      Conservative, Independence Parties

CJA's October 7, 2019 e-mail to Candidate Keller--
"You can win, easily & without $, against D.A. Fitzpatrick --
ALL it takes is 'whistleblowing' as to the open-and-shut, prima facie EVIDENCE of his corruption
as chair of the Commission to Investigate Public Corruption"

CJA's October 7, 2019 e-mail to Candidate Lavine--

QUESTIONS FOR WOULD-BE D.A.s LAVINE & KELLER --
based on their review of the prima facie EVIDENCE --
beginning with
CJA's October 27, 2011 Opposition Report to the
Commission on Judicial Compensation's August 29, 2011 Report

(1) do they agree that it would EASILY support the indictment and conviction
of D.A. Fitzpatrick for public corruption?; &
(2) what D.A. salary do they believe they should be paid?

PLUS -- AN ADDED QUESTION FOR WOULD-BE D.A. LAVINE,
a member of the Joint Commission on Public Ethics (JCOPE) --

WHY has JCOPE been sitting on CJA's June 27, 2013 ethics complaint? --  a hard copy of which CJA furnished Fitzpatrick & the Commission to Investigate Public Corruption at the September 17, 2013 hearing
