1998

on November 21, 1998, Professor Geyh received, in-hand, the following primary-source, documentary evidence at the University of Southern California Law School Symposium, "Judicial Independence & Accountability" -- in substantiation of CJA's published article, "Without Merit: The Empty Promise of Judicial Discipline", The Long Term View (Massachusetts School of Law), also given to him, in-hand:
       
        (1) Supreme Court submissions in Sassower v.  Mangano:
               (cert petition, supplemental brief, petition for rehearing,
                  & impeachment complaint against the Supreme Court Justices) 

        (2)   CJA's statement for inclusion in the record of the House Judiciary Committee's June 11, 1998 "Oversight Hearing of the Administration and Operation of the Federal Judiiciary", with accompanying compendium of documents annexed thereto
